How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, and delivery within the US takes 8–15 business days. Some items ship from international warehouses — that's how we keep prices low, and we'd rather be upfront about the trade-off. Every order includes tracking.

Where's my order?

You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. If tracking hasn't updated in 10+ days, email us — if a package is lost, we reship free or refund in full.

What's your return policy?

Damaged, defective, or wrong items: send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace or refund — no return shipping needed. Changed your mind? Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days (customer covers return shipping), or ask us about a partial refund that lets you keep the item.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Contact us within 12 hours of ordering. After that it may already be processing, but the standard return policy still applies.

Will everything arrive in one package?

Multi-item orders may arrive in separate packages on different days, each with its own tracking. No extra cost to you.

Do your products require drilling?

Most don't — renter-friendly, no-drill design is one of our main selection criteria. Check the product description; adhesive, tension, and over-door mounting are called out on each listing.
