Shipping

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Standard delivery within the United States takes 8–15 business days after processing. Some items ship from international warehouses, which is how we keep prices low — we'd rather be upfront: your order is worth a short wait, but it isn't arriving in two days.

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in 10+ days, email us — we'll investigate and, if the package is lost, reship it free or refund you in full.

Address changes

Contact us within 12 hours of ordering to change your shipping address. After that, the order may already be in transit.

Multiple items

Items may arrive in separate packages on different days. You'll get tracking for each — no extra shipping cost to you.

Delays

Rarely, customs or carrier delays add a few days beyond our estimate. If your order is more than 5 business days past the estimated window, contact us and we'll make it right.
