Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, here's exactly how we'll fix it.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to ship anything back.

Changed your mind

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is issued to the original payment method. On many items we can instead offer a partial refund that lets you keep the product — just ask; it's often faster and cheaper for both of us.

Non-returnable items

Used or assembled items, and items marked final sale, cannot be returned.

Order cancellations

Need to cancel? Contact us within 12 hours of ordering. After that, your order may already be processing and can't be stopped — but the standard return process above still applies.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed immediately on our end and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
